How to make a strong password

Longer passwords with more character types are safer. Aim for 12+ characters mixing upper/lower case, digits and symbols. Use a different password per site and store them in a password manager.

Is the password sent to a server?

No. It is generated entirely in your browser with a cryptographic random generator (crypto.getRandomValues) and never sent or stored anywhere.
